Do I have to disclose my company's revenue information?
While we do ask for your revenue information in the application, please note that you do not have to disclose it and choosing not to will not negatively impact your chances of being awarded. There is a chance that if you do disclose it that it may be made public. This is at the discretion of our editorial team.
Do I have to disclose my company's diversity data?
While we ask for diversity data, it is not entirely necessary to provide it on your application. We are looking for the "Gender and ethnicity breakdown of employees". If you do choose to provide it, we would suggest breaking the data down in terms of percentages.
Is there a word count limit for the form?
While there is technically no word count limit, written statements should not exceed 500 words. The general best practice is that less is more. We know this is counter-intuitive, but trust us: Focus on the thing that best reflects how your company approaches innovation rather than rattling off a laundry list of initiatives. If you feel compelled to include everything you did this year, you may weaken the case for the most notable things you achieved. Bring your biggest ideas to life.
When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced the week of February 12, 2018.
