Fast Company partners with a number of third-party subscription agencies to sell subscriptions on our behalf. Magazines.com and Amazon.com are two well-known examples of subscription agents.
Any subscriptions sold through an agent are sent to Fast Company for the fulfillment of the magazine. However, the customer’s main account information, like credit card data, is never shared with us.
If you purchased a subscription through an agency, in order to cancel and receive a refund, you must contact the agency directly. Please contact us at subscriptions@fastcompany.com if you need assistance identifying which subscription agent processed your order.
