The event is on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 5:30 PM ET at 225 Liberty Street, New York City.
Who can attend?
Winners, finalists, honorable mentions, and applicants of the awards can purchase tickets to attend the reception here.
What can attendees expect?
Attendees will enjoy a professional team photo, a commemorative trophy (one per company), cocktails, networking, and a toast with Fast Company's editor-in-chief. Select honorees will be invited to make remarks.
How are honorees being selected to make remarks?
Honorees will be selected in advance by Fast Company editors.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code for this event is business casual.
How much do tickets to the reception cost?
Single reception tickets are available as well as a discounted rates for group registration. You can view reception tickets and prices here.

What is the honoree experience at the festival?
Honorees that purchase a festival All-Access Pass will also be invited to attend a welcome breakfast at Fast Company headquarters to kick off the festival week and have the option to follow a curated session track based on design.
I have a festival pass, is the reception included with my ticket?
The reception is included for those who purchased the “Reception & All-Access Pass” bundle, you will be able to sign up for the reception in registration here (note this is separate from session sign up). If you don’t see the reception as an option or see if a fee for sign up please email events@fastcompany.com for assistance. For all other pass types, the reception is sold separately.
What is the welcome breakfast on Monday, can I attend that?
The honoree festival welcome breakfast is included for those that purchased a festival All-Access Pass only.
I'm attending the reception, where do I pick up my wristband?
Wristbands will be available for pickup on Wednesday at the help desk at Convene (225 Liberty Street).
